Named after the Holmes family, the owners of Jiffy Mix which is headquartered here in Chelsea, this cozy room is decorated with 1875 Victorian furniture. The warm surroundings are complemented by a premium pillow-top bed, lamps handcrafted by a local artist, full sized tub and shower in your private bath, and of course all of the other special amenities you'll experience at The Chelsea House. The Holmes house, another beautiful grey and white clabbored Victorian home is four doors down. It was in that kitchen that some of the Jiffy Mix recipes were created. The grandsons now run the business.
